BETA ALANINE
The clinical dose of 3.2 g of beta-alanine helps to reduce the accumulation of acid in the muscles, allowing you to train longer and with higher intensity. Five-time CrossFit® Games champion, Mat Fraser, describes beta-alanine as a supplement that gave him a "third lung" during championships.
- Increased endurance at high intensity. Beta-alanine increases the amount of carnosine in the muscles. Carnosine neutralizes lactic acid produced during intense training. This allows you to train longer, at higher intensity, and with less burning sensation in the muscles.
- Improved performance during repeated exertion. It helps maintain stable performance even during multiple sets or intervals. It improves the ability to repeat maximum efforts with shorter rest periods.
- Support for strength and explosiveness. By delaying muscle fatigue, it helps improve the quality of repetitions even in strength training. Ideal for sports requiring short, intense performances – e.g., weightlifting, hockey, athletics, soccer.
- Increased anaerobic capacity. Beta-alanine supports the body's ability to work without sufficient oxygen, improving performance in sprints or in the final stages of a race. It helps to "push further beyond the fatigue threshold."
- Synergy with creatine. The combination of beta-alanine and creatine has an additive effect – increasing strength, performance, and improving recovery. Both supplements act in different energy systems and together provide comprehensive performance support.
- Safety and proven effectiveness. The effects of beta-alanine are confirmed by dozens of clinical studies. The only common side effect may be a tingling sensation (paresthesia) – this is harmless and can be minimized by splitting the dose.
