  • Increased endurance at high intensity. Beta-alanine increases the amount of carnosine in the muscles. Carnosine neutralizes lactic acid produced during intense training. This allows you to train longer, at higher intensity, and with less burning sensation in the muscles.
  • Improved performance during repeated exertion. It helps maintain stable performance even during multiple sets or intervals. It improves the ability to repeat maximum efforts with shorter rest periods.
  • Support for strength and explosiveness. By delaying muscle fatigue, it helps improve the quality of repetitions even in strength training. Ideal for sports requiring short, intense performances – e.g., weightlifting, hockey, athletics, soccer.

HOW TO USE

STEP 1
